Tens of thousands of farmers from across the globe enjoyed a showcase of the versatility of the Goodyear Farm Tires range at the latest Farm Progress Show.
The three-day agricultural showpiece in Decatur, Illinois, attracted farmers from around the world, with Goodyear Farm Tires forming a key part of a large presence from Titan International.
The full Goodyear Farm Tires range was on display, including the company’s innovative Low Sidewall technology which operates with a larger rim diameter and smaller sidewall to unlock greater productivity, stability and efficiency.
One of the highlights of the show was the attendance on the Titan stand of the legendary Big Bud 747, still widely recognised as the largest tractor in the world and carrying the LSW1400/30R46, believed to be the biggest tyres on the market.
Natalie Dukes, marketing manager of Goodyear Farm Tires Europe, said: “As a business, we attend a number of events across the world and the Farm Progress Show is always a true highlight for Goodyear Farm Tires and the entire Titan family.
“Thousands of people visited the Goodyear Farm Tires stand over the three days and were impressed with the size and scale of the range.
“From our Optitracs through to LSWs and much more in between we have a range to suit the needs of farmers wherever they are in the world and whatever their specific requirements and challenges.
“The presence of the Big Bud always brings a huge interest and this show was no different, and we were delighted to partner it with the newly-unveiled Demco Big Buddy grain cart.
“It was the perfect visual partner to the Big Bud and created quite the sight.”
The Titan stand included its complete family of brands, Goodyear Farm Tires, Titan Wheels, Titan Farm Stars, Carlstar and ITP, showcasing its full spectrum of off-road performance solutions.
Titan had a number of special guests on the stand, including NASCAR Cup Series driver Ross Chastain and the famous Welker family which runs a huge agricultural business in north-central Montana.
Goodyear Farm Tires supports the farming community in the UK with an extensive range which includes 85, 70, 65 and XL series Tractor Radials, as well as specific designs for sprayers, compact tractors, harvesters and industrial applications.
